jimt,

Not to get in any kind of p*ssing match here, but, I am a full time trader. I do an enormous amount of research on these companies. Believe me when I say I spend sometimes upwards to 20 hours a day that include high phone bills, travel, studies, etc.

Rumors are reported as rumors so that these are not completely associated with the actual facts. Things can change and do from time to time. However, if you look back at the rumors I have posted here, ALL of them have come true so far. And, I report these to keep all of us informed of the latest developments. I HAVE a copy of EDII's financials and they ARE audited.

Now, if all of you were expecting a PR today or yesterday, where did these rumors come from and who posted them? Do these people do the volume of work required or was a simple phone call placed? A phone call is a good start but it doesn't end there. Fundamentals and DD requires a heck of a lot more hard work than that. For example, do you know that Pitts and Spitts has orders that are backlogged a full four months and that they are planning a major expansion to try to catch up? I know this do to a recent trip made to Houston to visit their operations. Needless to say, these things can not be uncovered by sitting in an office and analyzing numbers on a page.

Anyway, as I put it last night on this thread, I am collecting my latest in DD and will post it when I have it all tabulated. Stay tuned.

Thanks,

Kevin
