I agree with you and I follow both Doug R and Rainier...even though I dont understand 1/2 of what that thread talks about with all those acronymns... and dont understand 1/2 of what Rainier talks about either... the one comment I want to make is about the age issue it is irrelevant and someone shouldnt be dismissed because they are young age can give you experience.... but i know another little "tot" on SI who is one heck of a guy and pretty darn good at what he is doing...look out when he gets to be 30...but then again..he may burn himself out before then ..despite my warnings ;-)
