Soros, Thank you for the extensive outlook on NAMX. I am in and holding. Not much downside at these levels. NAMX has a tendency to run strong on good news. Waiting for management to state its objectives in an upcoming release. Furthermore, confirmation of the 60M cancellation of shares will surely render a double + in my opinion. JL

SOROS, I love your "new found" enthusiasm about the EM Sounder. But if memory serves, NAMX them selves were talking about finding costs reduction in the pennies, quite insignificant relative to total finding costs. Has the company changed its tune on that? It is still true that the EM does not work if there are any water bearing strata between the pay zone and the plane or has that been changed? Assume that everything is dandy, cancel 60 MM shares (already sold to third party of course), add another 14 MM shares at least for the recent loan of 700,000. Will that injection carry them to positive cash flow? So far, I see you jumping up and down around this one because Ziller has joined the party, and he for a change is honest. I do not know Ziller, and I am surprised that no one has posted yet his prior associations and the success rate he had in reviving moribond companies. All I saw so far is that he has joined the board, is he in any executive capacity? I would appreciate if you could educate us since it appears you know much more about Ziller than the press release has mentioned. Thanks in advance. Zeev
