Hey Rich, glad to see you back from lurking. Been a good week for
Eutro in terms of a slow steady price rise. .03 seems to be a
good bottom for this stock and the upward potential still seems
great, IMHO. INVESTOR CONFIDENCE is the key! The question is
when will it be restored and what will it take to bring in more
buyers. We've had a taste of the 50mil situation, now we just
need to hear about resolution.

BTW, I have all my shares back in my account as I had a REAL BAD
experience with another stock I certed. This other stock held up
my account for 5 weeks...all because of a wrong cusip number. I
was converting the shares from cert form back into my account
because of a runnup with the stock. Missed the profit and boy
was I pissed off. Still trying to work it out with DLJ. I'm not
telling everyone to not have your shares in cert form...just be
carefull.

Eutro still remains the number one stock (biggest investment) in
my penny portfolio as I believe it will at least obtain old highs
($1 range) with time. How much time? I'm dug in for a couple of years
if neccessary! Any unsuspected surprises along the way would be
greatly appreciated.

Long,

Brettster
