yes, I knew that. The code base diverged from the old Sybase 4.X Code which was originally aquired.

I also do know that Silicon investor does run on NT. It's a collection of HTML tags in a flat file with links to sql*server.

Not quite a challenging technical problem but the content on SI is amusing.
