Morning Your Puppiness.

1. I trust you rcvd the shipment of LIVE crawfish and not pre-cooked?

Pre-cooked with potatoes & corn. Didn't eat the vegies.

2. Did you properly purge them before cooking?

Nuked 'em for 1 min.

3. Did you tell them a good Justin Wilson joke before cooking so they would be cheerful before entering the boiling water?

They were dead. But come to think of it, the jokes might have made me more cheerful.

4. Did you add the right blend of the RIGHT seasonings along with corn, sausage (optional) and potatoes?

Pre-seasoned. Very tasty, I must admit.

5. Did you drink the proper amount of beer while cooking and eating?

Now that I did right.

6. Did you have the correct music on in the background?

I had good 'ol shit-kicking music on. Is there any other kind?

7. Did you have a bunch of pals join in?

No. I'm sure that had much to do with it. It was during a week day. Everyone else at work! But we had to eat them fast !!!

8. Did you sit outside and sweat while cooking and eating?

Sat outside, but it wasn't hot enough. I'm still waiting for summer to show up. Now see, if I were in my good ol home of the big H, this woulda been a completely more enjoyable experience. But, heck. If I was in Houston, I woulda just driven to Houma and eaten crawfish with my friends!!!

So, there ya have it. Don't never eat pre-cooked crawfish in S.Cal on a cool spring day without a bunch o' friends around. It ain't purty!!!
