isoman: Right on. When we ran our advertising business if we had contracted with only corporations we would have not been in business very long. As for enforcing the contracts when all else fails, there really was no difference between a sole proprietor, partnership or corporation except that a corporation was usually better capitalized. What I found that really counts from a practical standpoint, is a contract is only as good as its words no matter who the contract is with. I am preaching to the choir here with all this basic stuff.
