I will take a stab at two of them. The best I can figure on header is it means connector, the two or three+ prong connector where one plugs in fans etc.

I think Chassis Intrusion Heater is a typo and should be Chassis Intrusion Header. I just recently got a new Compaq (not my choice). There is an internal lock on the side panel. It is a small magnetic throw? switch with wires running to the mobo. I would think this is a chassis intrusion lock that connects to the chassis intrusion header on the mobo. I sure hope nobody sets that by accident. I do not want to use power tools (drills) to get inside my computers.
