One minute interval intraday charts can only separate trades being recorded after each minute. If more than 390 trades done on the stock, some trade is included on the last trade of the minute. 5 minute interval charts are even worse. But could you learn from 5 minute charts. You sure could, to see how trades are compiled together. The price on the 5 minute charts is the last trade in the 5 minute interval.

Fortunately, most stocks are thinly traded. Then, there is the difference in charting between Yahoo and Quote.com on their one minute interval intraday charts.
