It also seems at his point, after all the losses,time and money,
Arnold could do the shareholders the favor of a public statement ex-
plaining CVIA's position. Does he want to coo in everyone's ear and
win them back one by one? If there's no malfeasance,get up and explain
why to everyone at once like a real CEO would. We're all ears, p.b.

I would think that two very effective ways to get the other point of view out, and to have reached the masses with it, would have been to have a representative actually show up at court the other day or issue an informative press release... IMO, Having my personal concerns answered in a person to person conversation doesn't carry near the weight of being able to see someone publicly take control of a situation, resolve it, and move forward...
