There appears to be some weird discrepancies between the new TA and Arcon. Give it a few days or a week. They're evidently still shaking out the bugs...

To all: I just got off the phone with the Transfer Agent-Jason. Rumors of the warrants needing to be exercised by June 30, 1998 are NOT true. No change to the warrant situation. Regarding the P's, he has the corp resolution for a 3:2 split with 5/29/98 SOR date on hand, but all parties are waiting for NASD approval prior to processing paperwork. Hope this helps.

That is ABSOLUTELY wrong!!!! Let are not going to raise to $1.00 PERIOD. I have just informed the company and was told there is no way they are doing that and that is BS.
