I agree. Arnold's record is not good.

He may be a very nice guy, well meaning and victimized by promoters. Or not. Either way he has not served CVIA well.

I, also, want answers to, who are WOTD? Normally, shareholders are not informed on the day to day operations of a company. But, these are unusual circumstances, and full disclosure of what is happening would be appropriate and needed.

This investor rebellion is not because of lost value in the stock. That happens all the time in pennies. It is, IMHO, a direct result of the secretiveness of the WOTD group. Who are they? What do they bring to CVIA? They may not be scamming, but, they seem to quack and walk like a duck.
