If not for RICO updates we wouldn't be aware of their manipulation. Then, we are aware and very organized and still we don't do anything. So there is much less chance for an average small investor who is alone and uninformed to ever complain. For SEC to do anything you need a lot of people complaining persistently.Bob

Howard, I agree. I do not begrudge the MMs for what they do, I think I begrudge the system that created this. But that is a log larger than DGIV, that's for sure. In either case, since we are not day traders or pump and dumpers, but focused on fundamentals, we need not worry about the sytem. My resolution is to not worry about the system and just focus on DGIV fundamentals. Now, if the SEC would just hurry up and process that SB10! :-)

Dear Howard C:

Does the SEC ever look and act upon what seems to be last minute-day end manipulation on a grand scale. This happened to me last fall on INDX, OTC BB. Do not have records in from of me but more than one last minute trade was in the 250,000 range. I could never have traded that many shares last minute, if I remember correctly (even if I had that kind of $). I knew the stock well (125% profit one time) but foolishly bought in @ an average just under $5.

What is the best way to contact SEC? (I could search the web but feel lazy tonight, 14 hour work day, not tired but lazy, time for bed).

Best and appreciation,

Marshall W.
