Doug:

Sorry to be snotty, I am a little blue-in-the-face from repeating myself. Qualcomm's earnings were impacted in Q2&Q3 because it got surprised by Korea, not because there was a structural lack of business (i.e. the company generated $750mm+ in revenue during Q2). By Q4, I expect that revenues and costs will again be back into alignment, presupposing only a modest contribution from the domestic Korean and Japanese markets.

I cannot give you any guarantees, nor can I (or should I) tell you when (or how much) to invest. What I can say is that as the company's largest shareholder, I am very comfortable that Qualcomm will meet (or exceed) the Street's Q4 estimates barring anything other than a total Asian collapse.

Best Regards,

Gregg
