NEW YORK (CBS.MW) -- More details surfaced about impending antitrust charges against Intel (INTC). The Wall Street Journal reported the Federal Trade Commission may cite a 1994 dispute between Intel and Compaq in addition to conflicts with Digital Equipment and Intergraph in its attempts to prove a pattern of anticompetitive behavior by Intel. The agency is expected to vote on whether to file a complaint as soon as Monday. >

Tuna, you're a real mystery to me for obvious reasons. In the first paragraph of your post you say "neither" then tell us you just bought a chunk. At any rate I certainly welcome you back to the long side even if it's long for the dubitable pop which I sort of expected today.
