Did I read the 10Q right TVSI has 123,000,000 shares outstanding with another 23,000,000 perfered and is authorized for 500,000,000 shares????? plus the new director is promised 20,000,000 shares compensation. and they just authorized another 10,000,000 shares for there employees. ????
