TVSI .025 x .026 four at .025 on ask 1 at .029 and two .030 two buys at .028 and they drop the ask to .026 more buys here at .026

I have a rule of thumb which I almost always follow--never buy a smallcap or BB stock with more than 20M in the float or 50M out.

There may be exceptions, and I broke the rule for MINE, but I try to follow it closely.
