Linda,

Would be interested to know where you happened across that piece where Joe P. discusses a takeout. Now THAT would ruin my day.

But who would do it? In fact, I can't believe, with the data out, who would consider buying ZONA at any price, except to cover a short. With
the market cap at a tremulous 303M this afternoon, the market seems to be giving longs (despite arrogance and I think its fair to say, at his point, stupidity) a last fleeting chance at reprieve.

DON'T BLINK: TAKE IT!

The great Samuel Johnson put it best:

"Time is the inflexible enemy of all false hypotheses."

Time, as it applies to Zonagen/Vasoscam, has paused, offering I think a remarkable opportunity to... a) get short b) get shorter or, for those stubborn ones among us c) get lost...before the stock prices resumes what many of us know to be an imminent decline.

Ah, how that pause refreshes! Have a nice weekend, Myron.

Q.

<<Where's Anaxagoras? >>

Licking his wounds because he missed the bear play on ZONA since a few days ago he never got a fill on the limit order he placed for puts, and unhappy that his limit order for VVUS calls wasn't picked up yesterday.

It's not been a good week. :-(

TGIF. :-)

Anaxagoras (who, though currently bearish, does not think there's any "Vasoscam" going on.)

<<< True about the manipulation on this. I noticed that the CEO was talking about
looking for someone to buy them out, in some news article I read in the last few
days.>>>>

Check your eyes, Kaplan, and then re-read the article.
It was the Houston Chronicle of May 24, 1998.
Then tell all the longs and shorts here that "the CEO was looking
for someone to buy them out."

Stick to the facts. Unless you're incapable of doing that.
