KAA:

I can not believe they mentioned that, A Loan!!! GOOD GRIEF!

And we have no idea of our legal position...., I know one position that is changing, we might start being the giver rather than the givee.

I think I hear the screeching brakes of a Reg. S!

So, let me get this clear...

Jack loaned 1/2 million dollars to the folks he may not merge with? Let me guess who worked out that deal? And of course WOTD is incorporated so if it declares bankruptcy, buy buy 1/2 mil...

I also hope the agreed on interest rate was greater than a good money market fund...(doubt it - cause we know who worked out that deal)

And...those warrants...do I read this right?

"warrants= 1 for every 1 share(post split) at a cost to trade in of $3.00

Got to pay $3 to convert it to a common before you can sell it and one has one year to do so or they are worthless? (again - who worked up that deal?)

KAA, I'm sure you got so much stuff on these guys, it ain't even funny.

BTW - Did Jack get a new lawyer or is he gonna use the one he doesn't listen to?
