Pl. take a look at ICST....

Strong rumors are circulating that Integrated Circuit System (ICST) has placed itself for sale. Although no suitors are mentioned, but Texas Instrument (TXN), Motorola (MOT) and National Semiconductors (NSM) are the whispered names. Keep in mind ICST is trading close to its 52-week's low of $15. If the rumors come true, which there is a good chance that they will, the buyout price will be around $22-$24 a share.
