I agree, JC, I prefer smaller numbers as well--I was giving my outer limits. Generally I want to see a float of 10M or less and shares out of 30M or less.

IMO, float and shares out are the 2 most important factors in stock selection, assuming good fundamentals and all other things being eqaul. The first question I ask after I hear the story is what is the float and what are the shares out?
