Nanda - I knew you will be back to SYNT sooner or later. The SYNT gang knows it is a powerful train, propelled by a strategy different from IMRS or CBSL. The CEO, Bharat Desai, is the best of them! He'll give us no choice but make a lot of money - for us and his 86% holdings. Takeover at 200% may be ok, not at 50% premium. Ram
