Dear Karl: Why are you so concerned about non-officer 144 sales? During the months of May and June I can only find the following non-officer 144 sales: 92,003 sold at $5.95 and 6,792 sold at $4.93. My source is www.insidertrader.com. A few posts back, you indicated that another 75,000 may have been sold by non-officer venture capitalists? Is that accurate?

Even so, the average (30 day) daily trading volume is 225,000 with 16 million shares outstanding. So, one day's worth of trading is significantly larger than the non-officer sales over a several month period.

Not exactly an "overhang" situation. Perhaps, Michael Tedder can enlighten us. I don't believe that these non-officer sales mean that much.
