Thomas P. Stafford 128,734 (incl stock options) 1.3% Michael R. Skoff 86,911 (incl stock options) All officers and Directors as a group (5 persons) 1,157,874 10.6% Believe this was "as of" March 1, 1998. I wonder what interest Mr. Gangami also may now have subsequent to that date? I note that as of that date the following: XL Vision, Inc. (a Safeguard Scientifics Inc. Partnership Co.) 755,600 (incl stock purchase warrants, exercisable for 500,000 sh. Bober & Co. 716,667 (incl convertable debt to acquire 666,667 sh. and stock purchase warrants exercisable for 50,000 sh. This is taken directly from the Notice of Annual Meeting of Stockholders issued May 1, 1998. Yes, we can say that the insiders have a good interest in CYI producing profits and seeing the price benefit. Think we can look forward to much better days in the very near future.
