Michael: CSHK is an internet stock. None of us would have ever heard of it had SI not existed. "They will say they are trying to protect you." I am waiting for another answer than that one from them. I agree with what you said : "(2) would have avoided a substantial short term loss." (1) I do not know because I do not know what others do in the way of DD. I personally did quite well on FTEL, a bb stock, based on nothing more than a SI er's recommendation. I got his message and jumped in within 5 minutes. I have learned too to use caution and most of the time I do DD as much as is available. Let me ask you a question. You are on some other company threads and have been around SI since 1996 as I have. How many other company threads( not general ones) have you ran into that have some people who are non-shareholders spending two months, 7 days a week, asking "questions" ? I average a couple hundred trades a year and have been on a whole bunch of SI threads and have never ran into anything remotely close to this. Maybe I just missed the threads somehow. If you know of any could you name them please.
