Doubtful, in my opinion. Both the broker and the money manager have lots of things to do in the business day besides monitor and analyze every news announcement. I imagine, however, that this is a large part of Kurlak's job.

My point to Intel IR was that a news announcement of this type should get far broader dissemination.
