INFLAZYME PHARMACEUTICALS LTD. ("IZP") NOTICE TYPE: Agreement NOTICE DATE: June 4, 1998 The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing an agreement dated November 22, 1996 and amended March 19, 1998 between the Company and Cortecs Diagnostics Limited. The agreement enables 'Cortecs' to develop a series of prototypes of diagnostic products suitable for diagnosing tuberculosis, using antigens covered by patents held by the Company. Cortecs will carry out laboratory and clinical tests to validate the products for commercial use. Once successful, Cortecs will be exclusively entitled to manufacture and market the products commercially. In exchange for the use of the patent, the Company will receive certain royalties on sales of the developed product.
