How about that, a "freebie" press release (of sorts) that Milk can put on his "Unofficial CVIA Litigator's Web Page"...

So Jack stood to get a million shares ($1M), for loaning cash from CVIA's treasury...Hmmmm

What $500k could Jack have in his personal account? The first Reg S was loaned to WOTD ($500K) and the second Reg S ($1M) was said to be in escrow...

Does Jack have cash put away from the sale of CVIA stock from last Dec? Hmmmmm... After all the float did go from 17MM shares to about 50+MM shares (before the Reg S) to which he said he was paying off corporate debt.

Perhaps he felt CVIA's debt included restitution to his favorite stockholder (who bought in at $0.40)? (speculation)

How long before this turns from a Civil case to a Criminal case? Looks like the possibility is rapidly approaching.

BTW - Is "ARI" a person or an acronym?
