Tip, Yes, I would add another third at 55 depending upon why it made it to 55. If it is just bull panic and buying garbage for no reason, then I'm in. If the story changes in a positive way, which I doubt will happen, I would have to rethink the entire position. This is great advice and the only real trick is figuring when the news is a fakeout and when it is real. <G> Just like belling the cat.
