Bill, <<but have never gone to the SW USA>> Terry did alot of due dilly on the dirts and spent alot of time in the SW. He approached it with a scientific approach and is obviously well educated formally and has experience to back it up. Perhaps your lack of travel to the US SW would go a long way in explaining your lack of knowledge and belief in what is happening there. If you have some money I know of a great way for you to get in on staking some prime land butte nothing comes free and those lacking in vision will pay a higher price<g>.
