APCO is constantly training customer service reps. The problem I forsee is lack of space in the current office complex. They are going to have to move soon.

The best part of the customer service reps with APCO is they are very efficient. Quick service with minimal call backs. They maximize their work hours. Like a smooth oiled machine.
