IF its Nasdac Small cap it has to be trading at over 4.50 for a month as well as meet all sorts of other stringent requirements and Im quite familiar with all that however if they are just listing on Nasdaq Im not sure what the minimum requirements are however one will inevitably lead to filing of the other often in a relatively short period of time like a couple of months. Small Cap is good ambition to have and maybe it is not possible to get to that 4.50 level without that reverse split.
