Larry,

Looks like we had a second day with a white candle. Can we hit sixteen white candles in a row? Now that could be a good probability problem for Skeeter. If he finished that then he can figure out the probability for 16 red then 16 white.<g> I think that last lottery had better chances than this.<vbg>

The Semiconductor sector is still the most oversold sector in the market. Some good catch up should occur for the next two weeks.

About covered calls, I don't think that is a good strategy for a trader unless you are changing your mind about being a trader. True traders try to end the day with all stocks sold. Covered calls requires you to hold the stock. The idea is to get your self into a good financial position so you can trade 1000 share blocks at a time. Much more efficient than options with low prices, wide spreads and illiquid markets.

I just opened up an account where I can trade Nasdaq stocks over 1000 share contracts for free. That might be interesting.

I do agree with Michael Burke about option plays for longer term, rather than short term. With LSI I bought in the money calls and out of the money calls for long term investment. Out of the money calls seem to be doing better. It seems once an option gets over say $5 the market dries up and the premium dissipates quickly. Specialists always have to get a cut of my profits.<g> I wish they would share in the losses as well.<vbg>

Good Luck Trading

DavidG
