Mark,
We estimate to be 5-9K shares short of having the float in Name form. Some have said they've had difficulty obtaining certs, some say its been a breeze. I believe some may have returned there certs. We recheck the list to verify and we keep coming up with 5-9K shares short of the float.

vic, sorry you had to learn this lesson. however, you are taking the positive approach that i had to take about 20 months ago. live and learn. it is amazing the shear bullsh*t we will fall for when we want to believe.
