The lawsuits will still proceed here while Walsh answers to an infinitely more important court for his every deed. I expect the lawyers will be busy for a long time yet trying to claw something back for all the shareholders (and themselves of course) who were burnt. By the way, anyone with worthless BRE-X shares should be registering with Deloitte and Touche by now (on their website) if you haven't already done so. deloitte.ca What we really need in Indo now is a major BONA-FIDE find, and fair treatment by the government when that happens. That will restore investor confidence BIG-TIME to Indo IMO.
