More major OEM outsourcing in the works.

Several days ago, I posted this on the ECM thread (note comments on Jabil):

Today, I understand that one of the more respected analysts who covers the sector was circulating info on recent outsourcing moves by some companies. This analyst feels that Lucent is planning to outsource almost 40% of their business, and Jabil is rumored to be one of the companies being considered for at least some of this work. Right now Lucent outsources very little assembly work.

The rumored Jabil deal with Dell was mentioned, and the HP deal with Jabil will probably turn out bigger than originally mentioned. There was also discussions about possible deals with other non-traditional ECM customers.

Given the way Jabil has bounced off the recent low, the third time it tested the low of 29-32 in the last 6 months, this stock looks like its ready to break out. I really think the so-so earnings report for the MayQ is already factored into the stock price, and once the street realizes the impact of these new deals on Jabil, this stock will go much, much higher than people expect over the next year.
