I have shares in another company, which I coincidently bought at 15 cents (canadian) about ten months ago.

The CEO was very good at finding companies that were hurting because of mis management or lack of capital. It was in the health sector. Yesterday, the company was merged into a new company with one other (earlier in the year another was also picked up). Basically, up until this last quarter, the company was not profitable, none of them were, but, by combining, this quarter, they are profitable, and are headed for the TSE and Nasdaq.

The point is, if I was to send you to the thread, you would see almost the same type of dialogue here, now, as it was then on the Health stock.

Anyway, long story, short, I am getting $1 for each share I own, to buy shares in the new company. It took ten months, and tons of people panicked and sold off, but if you go back and read all of the posts, it wasn't a logical panice, just fear of the unknown.

I see the same characteristics in Tilton. I should introduce the two CEO s' .

I imagine we're looking at the same situation. At this price, I'll be loading up.

One thing we do know. Mr. Tilton is WORKING. Soon his attention will return to TNRG and it's subs. Then maybe we'll be looking at NASDAQ.
Hey, if I own some AVBC also, do I now have a conflict of interest?<G>

rharris,

Did Tilton or atty give you any idea when they might be done with the review of the transcript ?
If it came out during this lull in activity it maybe could gives us a little solid boost, 5 or 10 cents would be nice to start the next pop from.
