I may be jumping too far ahead, but, then, we don't have much time before the meeting on the 19th. Unless its been pushed back? There may not be enough time Proxy forms need to be sent to all shareholders with an accompanying explanation from the dissident shareholders as to why the actions are happening and one address for them to send their proxy forms. There are many shareholders not on the internet who don't have any idea what is happening. They could be an important swing vote. Unless these guys can be nailed on criminal charges, they won't go away easily. 1/2 million buys a lot of duck eggs. ha ha waiting breathlessly for the next act, gerry
