Well Joe, it is a nice friendly discussion. I wouldn't begin to imply that Rhonda would do that with CSHK. If you see it that way, then be rest assured that you are misreading my intentions in pointing out that passage.

Let me say that one of the dangers of not sharing information and stonewalling, is that there is no visibility and independently verifiable sources for what information is given by the company. One of the dangers of just accepting a lack of information and a blind reliance on company statements is that this kind of abuse becomes possible. The Dimples case is just such a case in point. While Rhonda was involved with Dimples by her own account, I do not imply by any means that she was involved in the cited criminal activities in that SEC document. I think you are grasping at a fake issue in an attempt to silence responsible discussion.

There is by no means any implication that I believe that this could be the current plan of the company or that it would ever consider making false or misleading statements about sales figures. To my knowledge no such statement has yet been made about any financial state of the company by the company, so, therefore I can hardly be accusing the company of engaging in any such activity, when the only activity it has engaged in to date is not relate any audited financial information.

I have pointed out previously, however, inconsistencies in Cashco Management's statements relative to their press releases about companies that they have described as incorporated, but were not. We now have verification that this was exactly the case, if you will be so kind as to read the interview with Rhonda by Jeff Mitchell, referencing both the Merced discussion and the Telanis discussion. That is in post #3817 back on this thread. I am sure you recall.

So why don't you just keep your subpoena in your pants, and chill out a little.
