David,

I picked some Amat and Intc up over the past couple of days. Like you, I was unsure whether the market would would move down further, so, I went ahead and bought away...it's just money! =)

David,

Please remember that the low teen valuation is based on past low valuation points. I will be a buyer WAY before then, and bought more klac today. I am willing to nibble now, and take progressively bigger bites all the way down.

There is real danger in waiting. A know someone who bought all the msft they could at around 85 about 5 years ago, only to watch it drop to 71 and sit there for a year. After splits, and with the benefit of hindsight, we know this individual was crying about a difference of 8.75 vs 10.50, on a stock that rose to 100 recently.

The lack of vision of an individual trying to squeeze the last dollar out of a business transaction can be very costly if the transaction never occurs.

Best wishes,

gene
