Hi Veritas.

I am not sure I want to touch that question. Last time I mentioned something about insiders selling, a lot of threaders were mad at me.

However, the numbers do tell the story. Michael Jacobs (who has better knowledge of this company and its potential than any of us) was very pleased to take $ 5.85 for over 40,000 shares (that is almost a quarter of a million dollars).

It obviously raises the question: if the guy who knows best sells around $ 5.00 why should I buy at that price? And, please, do not tell me that he needed the money! Have a good look at all the other transactions. A few months earlier, he had subscribed to new treasury shares at .88 when Pyng ran out of cash.

Still expect to see the stock under $ 3.00 eventually. Although I honestly believe that this company and its products have a very great future, I will have to ask myself if I really want to invest at $ 3.00 or wait for a bit lower (my first purchase, four months ago, was at $ 1.30). As usual, time will tell.

Have a very nice day.

Pierre
