"It also is reasonable to me that the web site was delayed due to the negotiations with Intellagent. I think we can all agree that the alliance with intellagent took priority over the web site."

You mean the same person is negotiating contracts and putting up the web site? That's almost saying that Telanis is a one person show. That's really scary, if George is trying to do it all himself. But surely he has enough sense to hire a web designer while he's out drumming up business. ( I hope )

This agreement with intellagent also gives me re-assurance, since they wouldn't agree to use the software, if they hadn't tried the full program first. I also confirmed that they will be getting a use once type program for each computer they use it on, that is the reason for the reduced price ($25.50)"

That doesn't agree with what I read in the PR at all. 1st, the 25.50 price was stated as being the price to Telanis, not to Intellagent. 2nd, nothing was actually said about an agreement to use the software, all that was stated was a "working agreement"

There are so many shady stocks out there right now, it seems to me, that those that are digging so deep here, could really help out people at other stock chats.

Thanks for the invitation and the good information though. I for one think I will settle down right here in town. This is such a fascinating story, and I think that I can play a role here. Maybe set up a saloon. But thanks for looking for other opportunities. Maybe you could do the civic minded duty there in my stead.

I spoke to cashco and "Hired " was the wrong word to use, elected should have been used, and that is correct, ceo's are elected by directors. Greg Herdsman brought Rhonda into the picture. Worked together at a company called Sunquest or something like that.

The "old" CSHK, founded by Elliott Pearson, seems to have been sold in August 1997. If you go look at a chart, that's when trading in CSHK shares appears to begin. At a price of $6, which rapidly declined. Rhonda says she came on board late in 1997; I don't believe she's ever mentioned an exact date.

So. Who purchased CSHK? Who was running it between August 1997 and the end of the year? Did the company do an IPO?

As for Rhonda's election, no directors at all are mentioned in the Nevada incorporation record. Elsewhere Italo Ferrari has been referred to as a director. Who are the others?

I am also glad to see J. Elliot is getting his just deserts.

Looks to me as if he'd got a slap on the wrist. Perhaps now he'll be testifying as a state's witness against Reid.

It also is reasonable to me that the web site was delayed due to the negotiations with Intellagent. I think we can all agree that the alliance with intellagent took priority over the web site.

Huh? Website designers usually don't negotiate strategic alliances. They design websites.
