Well CSHK has represented that both of these entities are incorporated. At the time of those announcements they were not it seems. Maybe you see no problem with making statements that are incorrect. It would seem to me to sound better to say that you have made an agreement with a corporation, rather than say you made a deal with a couple of techies dba Telanis or Merced. That kind of enthusiasm in releasing what is supposed to be facts is not encouraging when it does violence to the facts.
