I have over 300 on ICVI to read, guessing there are some posts I'll just be skipping over there. BillC (ready for the weekend, feeling lucky to be part of the sane, polite, respectful etc. etc. DGIV thread) Hope everyone has a great weekend

Evening E, Since you've ah... ignored us all day, you probably aren't aware of the dinner Greg is preparing _____________________________________________________________________ On the menu... Mixed greens with a raspberry vinaigrette Roast Saddle of Veal with Porcini Mushrooms and fresh thyme in a port reduction Green onion and horseradish mashed potatoes Grilled mixed veggies 1995 DGIV Starship Pinot Noir Reserve (stomped and bottled on this very ship by lil ole winemaker me) Desert will be a selection of the finest chocolates for those so inclined, and for those not, you'll have and see. Along with desert will be a selection of the finest Ports and other after dinner wines (alas, these are from the commissary on deck 3) Coffee: Starshipbucks (what else) Cappachino Expresso __________________________________________________________________ As was Greg, I have been very busy all day stomping the grapes in our new wine vat (formerly the torpedo room hot tub) just for this occasion. But I have to confess that to get the proper aging (after all this is a 1995 Pinot) I had a little help from the replicators <gggg>. I have been so busy in fact, my Garfields are now purplely in color. So before everyone fills up on all those tempting Happy Hour snacks (gosh, will the waist line ever recede <g>), just remember that dinner will be served promptly at 2000 hours (that's 8pm for all you who need to know). It will be served in 'main dining room' on Holo-deck D. Not to worry, there will be seats for all....of course, if you're late there may not be any wine left, (in which case we'll sneak down and raid RM's stores in the engine room but don't anybody tell him). Our guests of honor tonight include the one and only macker, RM (of course), Mr. D, Rico, Scottoo (still oozing that charisma), DianaX, KYBELLE, LtCdm E'Lane, Patricia, LL, Forest, and everyone else. Well, after all on this ship all are equals <VBG>. So hustle on up or down and find a place, it's FCFS (first come, first served). Chuck(hurrying to the spare parts locker to change into .... what...hmmm, all I brought on board was my Garfield's and Rocketeer T-shirt and they're all purplely....oh, well, they'll have to do) P.S.
