Actually, if a suitor were to evaluate the lack of merit of these lawsuits they may find that it is a great time to buy the company...knowing that the lawsuits are BS and likely to fade away.

It's a risk and reward issue.

Hell, with the money they save by buying the company at say 18 vs. 30, they can pay a lot of legal expenses.

Come on, you guys!!!!!!!!

First of all, I ain't no coonie, so I don't have to know how to cook Crawfish <g> (But do like my steak medium rare)

Secondly, Them damn crusty critters were already cooked. Instructions said to nuke fer seconds (so I did). Just to warm their little arses. (You know how girls and instructions go <g>)

Thirdly, they were good. My complaint was it took soooooo long to open them things up. Guess we needed more help.
