Greetings James, Please clarify your meaning of honestly believes. Indeed the Lord Jesus Christ paid the ultimate price to redeem All mankind, by becoming our substitute at Calvary. This includes the list of killers you mentioned. Gods grace is extended to all mankind to receive the perfect Salvation offered by the Lord Jesus Christ only on this side of the grave. I watched a video tape on Ted Bundys last interview with Dr. James Dobson, a well respected christian, and counsellor. I believe Ted Bundy repented and believed the " Gospel " of Jesus Christ days before he was executed. Oh , the endless and boundless grace of God. There are many people who have believed in their " mind "( flesh ) that Jesus is the Son of God, to no avail. The Bible emphatically states one must believe in their " heart "( spirit) that Jesus is the Son of God in order to be a true son or daughter of the Most High God. Please consider 1 Cor 12:3, " and no one can say , " Jesus is Lord ", except by the Holy Spirit. Much, much truth in that statement. True Christians receive " eternal Life " , the very life that God is. We are unlike all other religions of this world, who only have their hope established by some mortal man who lies decaying in his grave. Not so for the Christian, because of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. This is the first post I have read of yours James, therefore, not knowing in what you believe, I sincerly hope and pray you have experienced the greatest miracle, that being, the re-bith of the human spirit by the Holy Spirit of God.
