Jim: I agree, everyone has their day in court - if they show up at all. Honest people do not ethically deal business in this manner. No news release? Oh ya - WODT has all the funds? Who is WODT? The IRS needs to investigate these people for off-shore accounts. Sure would be appropriate for WODT to be summoned in court to prove and/or answer to signatures regards any documents our attorney finds. When the dirt appears these WODT lawyers need to be investigated and if found dirty their licenses should be in jeoporady - Ethics. I say this due my personal feelings regards ethics and code of conduct and lawyers have their own board of ethics that do not condone this type of behavior in their profession. NOTE: These CVIA/WODT lawyers were used for more than a notary public. LOL. These Lawyers should have records with initials and signatures with everything they consulted or they should also go to jail and meet a nice luveable cell-mate also. This plot is thick against the shareholders of CVIA. IMHO Jack is not ethical. He does know the difference between right and wrong. There are a lot of personnel in jail being punished for breaking the law. Just do not use CVIA money for a lawyer or borrow our money from WODT. My longest post on the CVIA thread.
