Whether INFE has the money to buy back the shares or not, (although it would be better if they had), the main point here, as I see it, is to find a way to get the SEC to immediately investigate the activity of the MM's and the illegal short selling! How can we do this! If you were to tell me that the company was to buy back 2 million shares and still the SEC would not get involved, we would still have a problem... the MM's can march this down to .01 cent without impunity!!! Please someone show me where I am wrong!!!
