Ditto, & relating to the free trial period, I wonder if ProNet might consider generating a second trial period at a time of their choosing for those who might not have chosen to stay. This would give any previously curious prospects another shot at interacting with a baseline for comparison already established. In addition, the current 14 day policy would not be affected at all. Just a thought.
