Dj, good post. If i may expand, People have to quit looking to the SI boards for answers.This is our play! it matters not what others say about us or the stock, they are insignificant. The only way to get anything out of this situation, is to CALL all shares in cert form.Many a shell (lets be honest thats all we have at this point) has come to life after a leangthy halt and or PINK SHEET HELL! I only speak for myself, but why all the legal mumbo jumbo from Calf., why the three hired guns(3 that we know about anyway), why no PROPERLY SWORN AFIDAVIT from Calf.? Why did the Calf. entity ask for 200,000 shares to drop the suit on the Co.? Why the web sight and the malicious attack on OVIS/RMIL shareholders? Why the lawsuit on an OVIS/RMIL shareholder? Why subpena another shareholder? OH i forgot...He was here to help us! they all were! Now on to OVIS/RMIL: Yes they distributed news realeses that never panned out,was this fraud? could be. Management has less then a steller track record at this point,but for survival sake we have no choice but to do everything we can to assure our position. IE. call every share in name form! as far as i am concerned, somebody will pay in the end, will it be the company and it's leaders? or the shorts? I am preparing to take either side on. If the Calf. entity traded shares for a paid promoter of OVIS and it was illegal, i will pursue that avenue. If the company and it's officers have defrauded us, I will pursue that avenue. This is all my opinion, and should not be conciderd fact. I am searching for the truth, one side is lying, lets find out which one it is. DADDY
